    What is your shipping policy?
    Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship. We are currently not shipping outside of the US. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please allow extra time for your order to get to you.


    Do you have a local pick-up/delivery option?
    We now have the option for "Local Pick Up" if you are local to the Morehead City, NC area. When you select that option, please expect a follow-up email from me for instructions on picking up your art piece! 


    Do you do collaborations?
    Yes! I value collaborating and connecting with others. If interested, please email us here.


    Do you take on commissions or custom work?
    Yes! To start the commission process please reach out to me here. Be sure to know what style of painting you would like (watercolor, acrylic, canvas, paper, etc.), what subject (oysters, landscapes, seascapes, abstract, etc.), and what size. I'd love to chat with you and learn more about your style, the colors in your home, and what inspires you. This will help me in creating the perfect custom piece for your space!     What is your return policy?
    Due to the fragile and unique nature of artwork, we only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If there is a quality issue with your item, please email erindroese@gmail.com and we will be happy to help!

    Custom/Commissioned artwork cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with the finished product of your commissioned work, please email erindroese@gmail.com to discuss options.
